• 2026 AVAHO Regional CRC Non-CE Industry Presentation Application

  • This is a one-hour presentation supported by Industry. It may be disease state focused or product specific related to colorectal cancer.

    Applications for the Colorectal Cancer Regional Meeting Non CE Presentations are due by July 22, 2026.  The AVAHO Educaion Committee and Regional Planning Program Committee will review all applications and will notify the company selected by July 31, 2026. Please see selection criteria below.

    The cost for the presentation slot is $15,000.
     
    NOTE:  AVAHO has the right to review all educational materials prior to giving final approval, e.g., slide decks.  Educational programs that are relevant to all AVAHO members are preferred. AVAHO members include physicians, nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists, cancer data analysts, social workers, advanced practice providers, and clinical psychologists.

  • Selection Criteria:

    All applicants will have equal opportunity to submit applications for educational programs. Applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

    The program description adequately describes the content to be presented
    The learning objectives are clear, objective, and well-developed
    Based on the description and objectives provided, the program appears relevant for a significant portion of the AVAHO membership (e.g., beyond one or two disciplines such as physicians and pharmacists)
    The proposed topic is particularly relevant to the veteran population/VHA
    The presenter is a known expert in the field (bio/CV submitted)
    Program content has not been presented to the membership in the past year.

  • Please note that, although we discourage other industry attendees (potential competitors) from attending the industry presentations, we can't prevent them from attending.


    Your company is responsible for scanning badges as attendees enter the lecture setting and controlling your own attendee list. AVAHO is not responsible for scanning or providing a list of attendees.
