PCSA 2027 Exhibit Application

The Pacific Coast Surgical Association (PCSA) offers exhibit and marketing opportunities at the upcoming PCSA 2026 Annual Meeting to be held February 3-7, 2027, at the Four Seasons Hotel Oahu at Ko Olina, Hawaii.

We are excited to extend an invitation to our industry partners to exhibit. This prestigious event brings together leading surgeons, specialists, and healthcare professionals from across the field of surgery, and we believe your products and services would be a valuable addition to our exhibit hall.

PCSA membership consists of over 650 surgeons, hospital and academic leaders, and department chairs. Our members attending come from Southern California, Northern California, Oregon, Hawaii, Washington, Alaska, and British Columbia.

PCSA is offering industry an opportunity to speak to the membership on a topic of their choice to educate surgeons on the latest technology.

The Non-CME Symposium is limited to 4 companies through an application process. The presentation will be 45 minutes with 10 minutes for Q&A. Companies will be responsible for content development and all speaker expenses such as honorarium, travel, etc.

PCSA will provide the following:

• meeting space
• meal 
• audiovisual equipment
• promotion of the program

PCSA has the right to review content, speaker choice, etc. Companies will be notified of approval once we receive the application.

Cost: $15,000 for lunch presetations and $10,000 for breakfast presentations.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to previous fraudulent exhibitor registrations, exhibitors must be approved by PCSA Administration. We reserve the right to deny your registration for any reason. If PCSA rejects your registration, any fees collected will be refunded within 15 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellation must be received by PCSA in writing. Full refund is available if cancellation is received before Friday, December 4, 2026. PCSA will issue 50% refund if cancellation received between Saturday, December 5, 2026 and Monday, January 8, 2027.

All cancellations are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after January 8, 2027.
