Please be advised:
- We kindly remind our members that, if you are seeking travel support from AVAHO, please ensure your 2025 and 2026 dues are current and your membership is in good standing. If you are a new member or recently joined in the past year, you only need to have your 2026 dues paid.
- AVAHO highly encourages members requesting travel support to share a room with another AVAHO member attending the meeting. This will allow us to bring more members to the conference.
- There is no additional cost when sharing a room. The full cost of the room (room and tax only) for up to 3 days (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night) will be FREE.
- If you choose to purchase a single, private room, there is a cost of $390 for up to 3 nights ($130 per night).
By requesting travel support, I agree to the following:
- I have read and understood the travel policy located in the Community Page. Link here to review.
- By accepting AVAHO's travel support, I understand that it is my responsibility to read and follow the policies and guidelines as set forth by AVAHO.
By registering for the Annual Meeting:
- I am expected to attend 70% of the meeting. Attendance will be tracked.
- I understand it is my responsiblity to follow rules related to employment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation must be submitted by email to candy@avaho.org before September 1, 2026.

If you cancel before the deadline, AVAHO will also refund your registration fee of $150.00. If you cancel after the deadline, AVAHO will not refund the registration fee unless authorized by Executive Director.
- I understand that, should I decide to cancel my flight purchased by AVAHO, I must repay AVAHO the full cost of my airfare ticket plus the administrative fee of $25). Once cancelled and the reimbursement has been paid to AVAHO, the full ticket is usable for my own personal use.
