  • 2026 AVAHO Annual Meeting: Non-CE Industry Presentation Application

  • The Product Theater/Non-CE presentation provides industry with the opportunity to present product specific or disease state information to the AVAHO attendees. This one-hour presentation will be didactic with the opportunity for Q&A. Company is responsible for all content development and securing the speakers. The presentation will occur in one of the designated ballrooms. There will not be an opportunity to restage or rearrange the furniture for the presentation. 

  • Please complete the following information to be considered for a live presentation at the 2026 AVAHO annual meeting.

    • Presentations will be selected according to relevant new/unique information, relevance to the clinician audience and relevance to veteran needs
    • All applications are due on January 30, 2026
    • All applicants will be notified of the decisions by early March 2026.
    • Decisions from the education committee will be final.
    • A total of 6 presentations will be selected:
      • 2 presentations will run concurrenlty mid-day Friday
      • 2 presentations will run concurrenltySaturday am
      • 2 presentations will run concurrenltymid-day Saturday
    • The cost for the presentation slot will be $60,000.
    • Selected applicants will be invoiced upon approval.
  • So the Education Committee can objectively evaluate the quality of each submission, please complete the following as thoroughly as possible:

  • Selection Criteria:

    All applicants will have equal opportunity to submit applications for educational programs. Applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

    • The program description adequately describes the content to be presented
    • The learning objectives are clear, objective, and well-developed
    • Based on the description and objectives provided, the program appears relevant for a significant portion of the AVAHO membership (e.g., beyond one or two disciplines such as physicians and pharmacists)
    • The proposed topic is particularly relevant to the veteran population/VHA
    • The presenter is a known expert in the field (Bio/CV submitted)
    • Program content has not been presented to the membership in the past year.
  • Please note that, although we discourage other industry attendees (potential competitors) from attending the industry presentations, we can't prevent them from attending.


    Your company is responsible for scanning badges as attendees enter the lecture setting and controlling your own attendee list.

    AVAHO is not responsible for scanning or providing a list of attendees.

    If selected, you will be responsible to submit: 

    • Speakers full name and credentials
    • Speakers short Bio 
    • Speakers Headshot
    • Your company logo for use in agenda to recognize your sponsorship
