RESIDENT DIRECT BILL

For residents requesting direct billing to their Department of Surgery, we will contact the respective organizations to obtain approval.

UW RESIDENTS

Only those affiliated with the UW General Surgery, Vascular, Cardiothoracic, and Plastic Surgery residents are eligible for direct billing. All others must select the Pay by Credit Card option or Pay by Check. Please note that direct billing covers only the resident; dinner for guests is not included.
