CANCELLATION POLICY: Requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to admin@pcsaonline.org. This request must be received on or before January 3, 2026 and a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged. Requests and cancellations received after January 3rd will not be eligible for refunds. No exceptions. Conference attendee substitution is permitted and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. PCSA reserves the right to cancel any regularly scheduled session or optional event prior to the start of the meeting.
