ALL Posters:
· All Posters must be a PowerPoint file (no other formats accepted)
· All Posters should have ONE page only.
· All Posters must be horizontal/landscape orientation.
· All posters should be set to 33.8 x 19 inches
E-Poster Presentations
Presentations will be timed and limited to 5 minutes with 3 minutes for Q&A. Practice your elevator speech, be concise and clear.
NO audio on E-poster Presentations
The identified Presenter must be registered for the meeting.
Arrive to your kiosk at least 10 min prior to the start of presentations, to familiarize yourself with the equipment and meet your moderator.
There will be judging again this year with 1 winner per each kiosk. Judging will include:
Visual Clarity and Organization of Poster
Oral Communication
Engagement with Audience
Dept of Content Knowledge
Time Management
Professionalism
WHOVA APP ONLY Presentations
WHOVA posters may include an optional 3 min audio for attendees listening.
Otherwise the same rules apply for format set up: one slide set 33.8 x 19 inches
There is not formal live presentation during the meeting and no requirement for you to attend.
