2025 AVAHO Annual Meeting Poster Submission Form

Deadline for Final Poster Submission to AVAHO is August 15, 2025
REMEMBER:

·       All Posters must be a PowerPoint file (no other formats accepted)

·       All Posters should have ONE page only.

·       All Posters must be horizontal/landscape orientation.

· All posters should be set to 33.8 x 19 inches

Presentations will be timed and limited to 5 minutes with 3 minutes for Q&A. Practice your elevator speech, be concise and clear!

Arrive to your kiosk at least 10 min prior to the start of presentations, to familiarize yourself with the equipment and meet your moderator.

Due to recent mandates in the VA and guidance from the National Oncology Program Office, we have initiated changes to protect our members.

Please read and acknowledge:

VA employees submitting posters MUST meet ONE of the following two requirements:
1. Have obtained IRB Approval or the project is funded by ORD or VA Funds
2. Have obtained Local, VISN, or Program Office's official approval to submit your poster to AVAHO for presentation at the 2025 Annual Meeting.
